Key Responsibilities

1. Build for Excellence

Design and execute robust test plans, cases and strategies for comprehensive

coverage across AI-driven SaaS solutions

Perform thorough manual testing including functional, regression, integration,

and exploratory testing

Identify, document and track software defects to resolution while maintaining meticulous records

2. Automate for Efficiency

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium

Balance manual and automated testing approaches based on project requirements and testing objectives

3. Collaborate and Support

Partner with engineering, product and design teams to anticipate potential quality challenges during development

Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives to elevate the overall QA practices and team efficiency

Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and work with developers to implement solutions for enhanced performance

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Experience and Expertise:

3-5 years of experience in software testing with both manual and automated testing methodologies

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional,

regression, integration, and exploratory testing

Experience with management tools like Jira or similar tools

2. Manual Automation Skills:

Proven experience with both manual and automated testing approaches

Familiarity with scripting languages for custom test scripts

Strong manual testing skills with ability to design comprehensive test cases and execute thorough testing scenarios:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and identify edge cases

Excellent documentation skills to ensure clear communication of test results and recommendations
