QA Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong backend development expertise and hands-on experience in PostgreSQL, MQTT, RESTful and SOAP-based web services. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 9 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

• Design, develop, and test high-quality software applications using Core Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Develop and maintain large-scale databases using PostgreSQL.
• Implement messaging protocols such as MQTT for lightweight communication.
• Ensure the scalability and performance of web services using REST APIs and SOAP-based technologies.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Job Requirements

• Strong expertise in Core Java (Java 8 or above) including Collections, Streams, Concurrency, Exception Handling, and Generics.
• Excellent understanding of OOP, design patterns, and data structures.
• Proficient in building and consuming REST APIs using frameworks like Spring Boot or JAX-RS.
• Experience with SOAP-based services (JAX-WS, Apache CXF, or similar).
• Strong working experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, optimization, indexes, stored procedures).
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and performance tuning.
• Experience with asynchronous and event-driven programming.
• Knowledge of Maven/Gradle, Git, and CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with JSON, XML, and serialization/deserialization mechanisms.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and deployment best practices.
• Working knowledge of Linux-based environments.
