Job Description
We're seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to own testing of our patient-centric apps and internal systems like patient management, consultation, e-commerce pharmacy and HRMS. You'll ensure our platforms are reliable, secure, and provide a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed test cases, test plans, and execute manual and automated tests
- Conduct end-to-end functional, regression, and integration testing
- Log defects with detailed documentation and steps
- Collaborate with developers to verify bug fixes
- Perform mobile + web testing across devices and browsers
- Work with product team on release sign-offs and UAT testing
Skills Requirements
- 1 to 3 years experience in manual testing (automation is a plus)
- Experience testing web apps, mobile apps, and APIs
- Tools: Postman, JIRA, Selenium (if automation), BrowserStack (cross-device testing)
- Ability to write clear bug reports, test data, and documentation
- Knowledge of agile processes and the healthcare domain is a plus
Good to Have
- Experience with testing video consultation or healthcare software
- Familiarity with security test scenarios
- Comfort with test automation tools
