Job Description Mandatory Skills

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable and maintainable automation frameworks supporting multiple test types (UI, API, integration).
Define automation strategies and identify opportunities to increase test automation coverage and efficiency.
Optimize automation scripts for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Conduct code reviews of automation scripts ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
Mentor team members in automation tools, frameworks, and coding practices.
Create and maintain robust test data setup/teardown routines and reusable step definitions/utilities.
Own automation solutions end-to-end, including framework design, execution stability, CI/CD integration, and results analysis.
Produce, review and maintain test documentation and runbooks (execution steps, troubleshooting guides, and onboarding notes).
Support defect triage and RCA for automation failures in collaboration with client teams and drive improvements to reduce flaky tests.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align automation efforts with business requirements and release timelines.
Drive improvements in CI/CD integration, reporting, and test execution processes.
