6+ yrs experienced QA Automation with a focus on Campaign/ AJO
Job Description
for AJO Hands-on Testing Experience in AJO
Experience testing:
  • Journeys (event-based triggers)
  • Campaigns/Deliveries (Email / SMS / Push)
  • Audience qualification
Should be able to validate:
  • Trigger Journey Communication flow
Data Validation Profile Testing
Experience validating:
  • Profile data
  • Event ingestion and payloads
  • Verify data correctness across systems
  • (webforms/API/Excel vs profile attributes) Good to have
Should have tested use cases like:
  • Abandoned cart
  • Welcome journeys
Transaction triggers
  • Test approach
  • Edge cases
  • Failure scenarios API testing (Postman)
SQL for data validation
  • Automation exposure
  • Debugging Validation Skills
Ability to validate:
  • Why journey did not trigger
  • Why email/SMS failed
Exposure to:
  • Logs / reports / payload validation
Understanding of: triggers
  • Timing issues (delays, triggers)
