Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery through effective test automation practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications.
- Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and create test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure software quality throughout the SDLC and Agile development process.
- Improve testing processes, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in QA Automation Testing.
- Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Experience in API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, NUnit, or PyTest.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
