Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in QA automation testing to design, develop, and execute automated testing solutions for Salesforce applications and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in AccelQ, Salesforce application testing, API automation, automation frameworks, and functional/regression testing, with proven experience ensuring quality across web applications, portals, back-office systems, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases for Salesforce applications using AccelQ.
- Develop and execute automated workflows in AccelQ for Salesforce application and business process testing.
- Perform functional, regression, system, integration, and end-to-end testing across Salesforce applications.
- Test Salesforce modules, Apex, Lightning Components, workflows, integrations, and related business processes.
- Design and execute API automation tests using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools.
- Develop and maintain robust automation frameworks using Hybrid, Data-Driven, and Page Object Model (POM) approaches.
- Perform testing across web applications, portals, and back-office systems.
- Identify, document, track, and manage defects using JIRA and/or Azure DevOps.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot automation failures, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Support test automation execution through CI/CD pipelines.
- Prepare test documentation, execution reports, defect reports, and other QA deliverables.
- Continuously improve automation frameworks, testing processes, and overall QA practices.
Required Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 Years of hands-on experience in QA automation testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with AccelQ, specifically for Salesforce application automation.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce modules, Apex, Lightning Components, workflows, and integrations.
- Experience with AccelQ workflow testing and automation.
- Hands-on experience in API automation testing using Postman, Rest Assured, or similar tools.
- Strong experience in functional, regression, system, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience testing web applications, portals, and back-office systems.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Hybrid, Data-Driven, and Page Object Model (POM) automation frameworks.
- Experience with JIRA and/or Azure DevOps for test management, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Good understanding of QA processes, test planning, test execution, defect lifecycle, and automation best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
