Job Description
- Quality Assurance (QA):Quality Standards: Establish and enforce quality standards, policies, and procedures to ensure products or services meet or exceed customer expectations and industry regulations
- Quality Management Systems: Implement and maintain quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, to continually improve processes and quality
- Process Audits: Conduct internal audits and assessments to verify compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement
- Documentation: Maintain quality documentation, including quality manuals, work instructions, and records
- Training: Provide training to employees and team members to ensure they understand and follow quality standards and best practices
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks to quality and develop strategies to mitigate or prevent them
- Continuous Improvement: Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product or service quality
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to make improvements and respond to customer concerns and complaints
- Quality Control (QC):Product Inspections: Conduct inspections and quality checks during the production process to identify defects or deviations from quality standards
- Testing: Perform various tests, such as material testing, product testing, or software testing, to verify product quality
- Documentation: Maintain records of quality control tests and inspections
- Calibration: Ensure that testing equipment and instruments are calibrated and functioning correctly
- Defect Resolution: Collaborate with teams to address and resolve quality issues, including identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
