Job Description
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement automated tests for complex insurance systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
- Design and execute manual testing protocols for thorough coverage of software applications.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Create detailed reports on testing activities, including test cases, results, and recommendations.
- Participate in agile development methodologies, providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of automation testing tools and technologies.
- Experience with manual testing methodologies and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
