Technical Lead(Python+React/Angular/Vue.JS combination) Key Responsibilities: Own the technical design and architecture of applications using React and Python. Lead a team of developers through code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing. Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions. Drive adoption of best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps. Oversee development of RESTful APIs / GraphQL services. Ensure applications are cloud-native, performant, and resilient. Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams in Agile/Scrum environments. Research and evaluate new technologies to improve productivity and product quality. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of professional experience in software development. Strong expertise in React.js, Redux, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3. Deep knowledge of Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI). Strong understanding of system design, microservices, and distributed systems. Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Proven leadership skills in managing teams and projects.
