About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Python Developer with 3+ years of experience specializing in Machine Learning (ML), and Large Language Models (LLMs). In this role, you will bridge the gap between robust software engineering and cutting-edge AI. You will be responsible for designing, training, fine-tuning, and deploying advanced NLP models and LLM-powered applications to solve complex, real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities:
- AI/ML & LLM Development: Design, build, train, and fine-tune machine learning models, specifically focusing on LLMs and advanced NLP techniques.
- Backend & Data Engineering: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in Python and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
- Model Optimization: Implement and experiment with embeddings, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning methodologies (e.g., LoRA, QLoRA) to adapt models for specific business tasks.
- Data Pipelines: Architect and maintain scalable data processing workflows to handle large datasets efficiently.
- Collaboration & Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML models into production-ready software solutions and APIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Core Programming: Strong, production-grade programming skills in Python and deep knowledge of SQL.
- Proven experience working with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI API, Llama, Claude, Mistral) and core NLP techniques(e.g., text classification, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, sequential modeling).
- Data & Math: Strong understanding of foundational machine learning algorithms, data structures, and statistical analysis.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
