Python Software Developer

Role & responsibilities

Core Technical Skills:

• Python backend engineer with CI/CD experience and good to have AI knowledge Strong fundamentals in Python Experience with unit testing frameworks (pytest, unittest, etc.)
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and backend services Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
• Good to have: GenAI / LLM Knowledge, Understanding of LLMs (OpenAI, open-source models, etc.)
• Awareness of: Prompt engineering Token limits, latency, cost considerations Exposure to LLM evaluation concepts (accuracy, grounding, hallucinations, consistency) DevOps / Platform Basics Comfort working in Linux environments Understanding of logs, metrics, and debugging production issues
