Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Python Developer with hands-on experience in Machine Learning to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable ML solutions, writing clean and efficient Python code, and collaborating with data scientists and engineers to integrate models into production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and services.
• Build, train, test, and optimize machine learning models.
• Integrate ML models into production-ready systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Product Managers, and DevOps.
• Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation tasks.
• Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and maintain documentation.
• Optimize model performance and application scalability.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML and Python development.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Python development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience with model deployment tools (e.g., Flask, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in working with structured and unstructured data.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML services (SageMaker, Vertex AI, etc.).
• Exposure to MLOps tools and practices.
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or time series forecasting.
• Contributions to open-source projects or ML competitions (e.g., Kaggle).
