Job Description: Python Lead DeveloperWe are seeking an experienced Python Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Python, experience leading development teams, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications.Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Software development experience, with at least 6 years of hands-on Python development.
• 24 years of experience leading or managing development teams.
• Strong expertise in Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
