We are looking for a skilled and motivated Python Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of scalable web applications and AI-enabled products.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Python Full Stack Developer with 2–3 years of professional experience who has strong expertise in backend development using Python and hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies.
The ideal candidate should be capable of developing complete web applications, designing and integrating APIs, working with databases, debugging production issues, and collaborating with UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications using Python.
- Build robust backend services and RESTful APIs using frameworks such as Django, Django REST Framework, or FastAPI.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js / Next.js or similar technologies.
- Design and integrate frontend and backend components for complete end-to-end applications.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Implement authentication, authorization, role-based access control, and application security practices.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Optimize application performance, API response time, database queries, and overall system efficiency.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and production issues.
- Collaborate with QA engineers to identify and resolve functional and technical issues.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to convert designs into functional web interfaces.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development standards and best practices.
- Use Git for version control and maintain proper branching and commit practices.
- Write and maintain unit tests and API tests.
- Work with DevOps teams for application deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in technical discussions, sprint planning, and project reviews.
- Continuously research and adopt relevant technologies and development practices.
- Contribute to AI/SaaS product development and integrations where required.
Required Technical Skills
Backend – Python
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Django / Django REST Framework / FastAPI.
- Strong understanding of REST API development.
- Experience with authentication mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.
- Good understanding of asynchronous programming and API integration.
- Knowledge of Python packages, virtual environments, dependency management, and debugging.
Frontend
- Good knowledge of React.js.
- Basic to good understanding of Next.js.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design.
- Experience with API integration and frontend state management.
- Familiarity with modern UI component libraries is an advantage.
Database
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL / MySQL.
- Good understanding of SQL queries, joins, indexing, and database optimization.
- Knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases is an advantage.
Development & Tools
- Strong experience with Git and GitHub/GitLab.
- Understanding of Linux/Unix environments.
- Experience working with API testing tools such as Postman.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization is an advantage.
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS is an added advantage.
AI / SaaS Skills – Preferred
Experience or understanding of the following will be an advantage:
- AI/ML API integration.
- OpenAI or other LLM API integration.
- Generative AI applications.
- Prompt-based API integrations.
- AI-powered SaaS application development.
- Third-party service and API integrations.
- Background processing and task queues such as Celery.
- Redis and caching mechanisms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in Python Full Stack Development.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work on multiple projects when required.
