Python developer (Dev of Drug Safety/PV tool)
Requirements:
Framework: Streamlit (best for rapid data apps) or Dash.
Visualization: Plotly or Altair for interactive, animated charts.
Real-time UI: Ability to implement auto-refresh loops or WebSockets to simulate "live" data streams.
Output: ReportLab or FPDF for generating downloadable PDF summaries.
Job Responsibilities:
Data Processing: Pandas and NumPy for cleaning, filtering, and aggregating large datasets.
Algorithm Implementation: Ability to code statistical logic (e.g., frequency counting, anomaly detection, or simple regression) from scratch.
Text Analysis: spaCy or regex for extracting entities from unstructured text fields.
Generative Logic: LangChain or direct API calls (OpenAI/Anthropic) to turn data points into natural language summaries.
Data Ingestion (ETL): Pandas + Zipfile/csv modules to parse raw, compressed files into structured tables.
Database: SQLite (via sqlite3 or SQLAlchemy) for local storage and fast querying.
API Layer: FastAPI or Flask to expose data endpoints that the dashboard consumes.
Orchestration: Celery or asyncio to run background analysis tasks without blocking the UI.
