Lead the end-to-end development participate in architecture discussions and code reviews

Write clean maintainable well-tested code across the stack
We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Engineer who can both lead and build scalable systems with a growing engineering team This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing end-to-end solutions writing clean high-quality code mentoring developers and driving engineering excellence You will work closely with product design and data teams to build next-generation digital insurance platforms internal tools and customer-facing applications
