Job Description
- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Oversee and guide a team of developers, ensuring high code quality and adherence to project timelines.
- Interact directly with clients to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Implement and maintain best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimization.
- Review code, mentor junior developers, and conduct technical training sessions as needed.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs into backend systems.
- Troubleshoot and debug application issues, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal downtime.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design and scalability planning.
- Prepare technical documentation and ensure alignment with client expectations and business goals.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
- Proven experience in client interaction and team handling
- Proficiency in FastAPI, with a solid understanding of asynchronous programming.
- Strong knowledge of web frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Experience with database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases).
- Familiarity with RESTful API principles and API documentation tools.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proven experience in client interaction and team handling.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
