Python Developer Lead

About Position:

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python with Django, Flask, Fast API, Gen AI

What You'll Do:

• Architect and lead the development of full-stack web applications using Python (Django/Flask) backend and React frontend.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python with Django, Flask, and AIOHTTP.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and asynchronous services.Lead integration efforts with external travel systems .
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Implement unit and integration tests; support CI/CD pipelines.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5+ years' experience in software development with strong expertise in Python, particularly Django and Flask frameworks.
• Proven experience designing and implementing architectures for large-scale web applications.
• Strong proficiency in React.js for building interactive, high-performance frontends.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs .
• Strong backend skills: RESTful API design, database modeling (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle)
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in agile development and DevOps practices.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, microservices, event-driven architectures.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
