Python Developer Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of Python developers to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable software applications using AWS services such as S3, Lambda, EMR, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
• Develop technical roadmaps for new projects and provide guidance on best practices for coding standards, testing methodologies, and debugging techniques.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products by mentoring junior engineers and providing feedback on their work.

Job Requirements :

• 5-15 years of experience in developing large-scale web applications using Python programming language.
• Strong understanding of AWS services including S3, Lambda, EMR, DynamoDB etc. .
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies (Scrum) is required; ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities is essential.
