Python Developer Lead

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Python Lead Developer with 35 years of hands-on experience, who can

lead a team of developers and drive high-impact projects in Python development. The ideal

candidate should possess team management experience, a strong grasp of backend

development, exposure to AI libraries, and an understanding of cloud deployment

tools/services. This role demands excellent technical capabilities, leadership skills, and clientfacing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 4+ Python developers to deliver quality code and scalable solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust Python-based backend systems and services.
• Excellent hands-on experience with Django/Flask frameworks to build web applications and APIs.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Fast API.
• Handle database schema design and optimize SQL/NoSQL queries for performance.
• Integrate RESTful APIs with frontend systems and ensure seamless user experiences.
• Implement and manage automation workflows and data processing pipelines.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, documentation, and best practices
• Communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide technical inputs, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest Python libraries, especially AI/ML libraries like Cuda,
• PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Collaborate with DevOps/cloud teams to deploy and manage solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).

Requirements:

• 35 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Proven experience in leading a team of 4 or more developers.
• Proficiency in Django or Flask frameworks.
• Strong experience with database design and working with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Exposure to AI/ML libraries like Pytorch, Cuda is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with cloud deployment tools/services (e.g., Docker, Azure, AWS).
• Experience in client handling and managing end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Fast API, REST APIs, version control (Git), and debugging techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
