Job Description :

As a Python Lead at Infobell IT, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Python developers. Your main role will involve designing, developing, and optimizing scalable backend systems using Python. You will also be managing deployments and performance tuning in Linux environments, as well as working on Kubernetes clusters for application deployment, scaling, and monitoring.

Collaboration with DevOps and cloud teams to ensure high availability and reliability will be a key aspect of your role. Driving best practices in coding, architecture, and security will also be part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of Python developers.

- Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend systems using Python.

- Manage deployments and performance tuning in Linux environments.

- Work on Kubernetes clusters for application deployment, scaling, and monitoring.

- Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams to ensure high availability and reliability.

Qualification Required :

- Strong expertise in Python (Django / Flask / Fast API).

- Solid experience in Linux administration.

- Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes (K8s) deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting.

- Good knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.

- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
