About the Role :
We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with strong experience in Python-based frameworks and API development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to building scalable APIs, working with asynchronous programming, and handling data-intensive applications within the BFSI domain.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain robust API endpoints using Flask, Django, or FastAPI
- Implement asynchronous programming using Async.io
- Work with large datasets using NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy
- Develop and manage database solutions using PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB
- Integrate and manage cloud storage/services such as AWS S3
- Develop and consume APIs using tools like Postman or MuleSoft
- Implement high-performance communication protocols such as gRPC
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions
- Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization
Required Skills :
- Strong proficiency in Python development
- Experience with Django / Flask / FastAPI
- Hands-on experience with Async programming (Async.io)
- Solid understanding of NumPy, Pandas, SciPy
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL / MongoDB
- Experience with AWS services (especially S3)
- Familiarity with API management tools (Postman / MuleSoft)
- Experience with gRPC-based services
- Mandatory: Experience in the BFSI domain
Education :
- UG: Any Graduate (preferably in Computer Science or related field)
Preferred Skills :
- Exposure to scalable system design
- Understanding of security best practices in financial systems
- Experience in microservices architecture
