Job Summary

Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience

Location & Timings: Pune, MH (Hybrid)

Education Qualification: Masters or bachelor's in computer science or IT or in other relevant discipline from a reputed institute.

Solytics Partners is looking for a Backend Engineer with over 4+ years of experience specializing in backend development using Python. Skilled in designing asynchronous operations, optimizing performance using SQL and Elasticsearch, and implementing robust messaging systems like RabbitMQ/Redis. Proficient in HLD/LLD design, code reviews, and writing comprehensive unit test cases. Strong expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms to solve complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain highly scalable backend applications using Python and Django.
• Design and implement asynchronous operations to enhance application performance.
• Work with SQL databases and Elasticsearch for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Utilize expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) to solve complex problems and optimize application performance.
• Implement messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Redis for robust and efficient inter-service communication.
• Write and maintain comprehensive unit test cases to ensure code quality and coverage.
• Perform High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for system architecture and module design.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain coding standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python with at least 4 years of hands-on experience.
• Deep understanding of the Django framework and asynchronous programming.
• Proficient in working with SQL databases and Elasticsearch.
• Solid knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Experience with RabbitMQ or Redis for message queuing.
• Expertise in writing and executing unit test cases.
• Ability to create and document HLD and LLD diagrams.
• Experience in performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
