Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Python Developer to join our dynamic team
As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and solutions using Python programming language
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, data analysts, and other developers, to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient applications
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate strong architecture and design skills building high-performance APIs using AWS services and Python
Design and implement highly scalable, interactive web applications with high usability
Collaborate with product teams to iterate ideas on data monetization products/services and define feasibility
Rapidly iterate on product ideas, build prototypes, and participate in proof of concepts
Collaborate with internal and external teams in trouble shooting functional and performance issues
Work with DevOps Engineers to integrate any new code into existing CI/CD pipelines
Needs to be a team player to be able to work in an agile environment
Requirements:
5+ yearsexperience as a Software Developer
2+ yearsexperience with Python (3
12), Python libraries like Panda
Understanding of Micro services Architecture Patterns, EKS, ECS, Docker, Container
Understanding of frameworks connected to Python, such as flask, Django, etc AWS skills including Lambdas, RDS/MySQL, API Gateways and S3, Cloud Formation
Deep understanding of Public Cloud architectures and Agile methodologies
A four-year degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred
The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated initiative, strong work ethic, and a desire to succeed
