Hiring: Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead (Python / React)
Location: Jaipur (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and scale high-performance applications
- Contribute to system architecture and design decisions
- Build robust backend services (Python) and/or frontend apps (React)
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams
- Ensure code quality, testing, and performance optimization
- Participate in DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, deployments)
- Take ownership of features from development to production.
For 7-9+ years candidates (Senior / Lead):
- Drive technical architecture and system design
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
- Lead critical projects and production issue resolution
- Partner with stakeholders to define technical roadmap

- Strong experience in Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI) OR React (TypeScript)
- Good understanding of REST APIs system design basics
- Experience with databases: PostgreSQL / MySQL / BigQuery
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (pytest, Jest, etc.)
- Understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines
Advanced Skills (Preferred for 6-9+ Years)
- Experience in scalable system design architecture
- Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design / Event-driven systems
- Hands-on with Cloud (AWS / GCP)
- Experience with Docker, Terraform, ECS Fargate
- Strong debugging production support experience
