Enterprise Applications (4+ Years)

We are looking for a strong Python Developer with experience in building enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate should have solid technical skills, good communication, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable backend applications and REST APIs using Python
Understand business requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
Work independently on assigned tasks/modules with minimal supervision
Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Business, and Engineering teams
Participate in code reviews, debugging, optimization, and release activities

Required Skills

4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development
Strong knowledge of Python, OOPs, APIs, and backend development
Experience with Django / FastAPI / Flask
Good experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL
Familiarity with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

Exposure to AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines
Networking domain experience is an added advantage

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills are mandatory
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Strong team player with a proactive attitude
Capable of handling enterprise application development in a fast-paced environment
