Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Python Developer to join our engineering team.

This role focuses on building backend systems, automation scripts, AI-integrated workflows, and scalable microservices using Python and related frameworks.

As a Python Developer, you will collaborate closely with automation engineers, AI specialists, and frontend developers to design and deliver robust automation solutions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of Python and experience with backend development.
- Familiarity with Python frameworks such as Flask , Django , or FastAPI .
- Experience with MySQL , PostgreSQL , or any relational database.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and integration patterns.
- Knowledge of automation tools or scripting (Cron, Celery, Python scripts, etc. ).
- Bonus: Experience with AI/ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, OpenAI API, LangChain, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Clear, effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain backend systems, services, and APIs using Python.
- Build automation tools, scripts, and workflows for internal and client projects.
- Integrate AI models, automation platforms, and external APIs into applications.
- Optimize and scale backend performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Create database schemas, write efficient queries, and maintain data integrity.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the stack.
- Stay updated with emerging Python technologies, AI advancements, and automation trends.
