ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strong hands-on experience of 3-6 years building products for scale, with low latency/high throughput under high load/volumes Development of various cloud/web components to ingest, process, transform and visualize data at scale. Design software that accommodates iterative algorithm/ML model development, testing and debugging. Follow engineering best practices (unit testing, continuous delivery etc. ) Deployment and monitoring of production ready infrastructure. Experience with AWS is highly desirable
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Strong programming experience in Python Strong knowledge in SQL Strong Comp Sc. fundamentals esp. communications, algorithms, and data structures Strong understanding of internals and schema design for various types of Data stores (RDBMS, NoSQL) Experience building and running live products with platforms like Apache Spark and/or Storm is desirable but not required Experience working on one of cloud environments AWS/Azure/Google B Tech/M Tech/MS in Computer Science or a related field from a reputed university
