Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Python Developer with a strong background in Django and/or Flask to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in developing robust web applications, a deep understanding of Python, and a passion for creating efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using Python with Django and/or Flask frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain current and competitive.
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from initial concept and requirements gathering to deployment and support.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Python development.
- Strong proficiency in Django and/or Flask frameworks.
- Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and libraries (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL), including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects showcasing your skills.
