Python AWS Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Python AWS Engineer with 6-8 years of hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python development and AWS cloud services, along with experience in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in Python development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications using Python.
• Build and maintain cloud-native solutions on AWS.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Implement serverless and container-based solutions where applicable.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes.
• Follow coding standards, security best practices, and CI/CD processes.

Required Technical Skills

• 68 years of experience in Python application development.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, IAM, API Gateway, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, ECS/EKS, and VPC.
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline).
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Linux environments and scripting.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certification (Associate or Professional) is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
