Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Python AWS Developer with strong expertise in developing scalable cloud-native applications and microservices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Python, AWS services, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and modern backend development frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance Python applications.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Build and integrate third-party APIs, ensuring efficient request/response handling.
- Work extensively with AWS services including Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL (Amazon RDS), Step Functions, and Kinesis.
- Design and implement efficient data storage solutions using relational and NoSQL databases.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Frontend, DevOps, QA, and Product teams.
- Write clean, reusable, testable, and maintainable code following coding standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Python development.
- Extensive experience with AWS Cloud services:
- AWS Lambda
- Amazon S3
- DynamoDB
- PostgreSQL / Amazon RDS
- AWS Step Functions
- AWS Kinesis
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs.
- Experience in API integration and handling request/response workflows.
- Strong understanding of Microservices architecture.
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and database optimization.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Understanding of cloud and API security best practices.

Required Experience
- 68 years of overall software development experience.
- Strong backend development experience using Python.
- Hands-on experience working with AWS cloud services and Microservices architecture.
