Python Automation Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and backend systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, efficient, and secure software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Python and relevant frameworks.
  
• Write clean, reusable, and optimized code.
  
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
  
• Develop server-side logic, handle data storage, and ensure high application performance.
  
• Work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and QA teams.
  
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
  
• Maintain technical documentation for features, services, and APIs.
  
• Participate in system design discussions and architecture decisions.
  
• Ensure best practices in security, scalability, and maintainability.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python and good understanding of OOP principles.
  
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  
• Experience working with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  
• Good understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and authorization.
  
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
  
• Knowledge of deployment practices and working with Linux environments.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized applications.
  
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud services.
  
• Familiarity with asynchronous frameworks (e.g., Celery, AsyncIO).
  
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  
• Understanding of data processing, ETL pipelines, or message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
  
• Exposure to machine learning libraries (NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
  

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or relevant field (or equivalent experience).
