We are seeking a skilled Python Automation Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in automation using Python and a strong background in software development. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the automation efforts of our organization.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Python to test software applications.
Design and implement automated test scripts for functional and regression testing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.Execute automated test suites and analyze test results to identify defects and performance issues.Participate in code reviews to ensure automation code adheres to best practices and coding standards.
Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing.Continuously improve automation processes and tools to enhance efficiency and reliability.Document automation procedures, test plans, and test cases for future reference.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in Python programming language.Experience in developing automation frameworks and test scripts.Familiarity with testing tools and libraries such as Selenium, Pytest, or Robot Framework.Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for web application testing.Experience with version control systems like Git.Understanding of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
