Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Python Automation Engineer with strong experience in test automation frameworks and software development best practices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Python, unit testing, and version control systems, along with exposure to Agile methodologies. Experience in industrial automation or PLC systems will be an added advantage.

Mandatory Technical Skills:

Core Technical Skillset:

• Strong proficiency in Python programming with experience in developing efficient and scalable applications
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Behave or other BDD frameworks
• Strong knowledge of unit testing frameworks and writing effective test cases
• Good understanding of software design principles, OOP concepts, and design best practices
• Proficiency in Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA for project tracking .

Domain Exposure (Good to Have):

• Exposure to PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) or Industrial Automation domain.

Good to Have Technical Skills:

• Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS & Azure) for deployment and resource management
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application development
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools for build and deployment processes

Education & Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in B.E / B.Tech (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related stream)
