Python Automation Developer (7-9 yrs)

Description :

We are looking for an experienced Python Automation Developer with strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) fundamentals and excellent coding skills. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Python or strong OOP expertise in Java/C++/C# with willingness to work on Python technologies.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and capability to work independently while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain automation solutions using Python.

- Understand requirements and convert them into scalable technical designs.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.

- Guide and mentor junior developers when required.

- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.

Mandatory Skills :

- 6+ years of experience in OOP concepts using Python / Java / C++ / C#

- Strong analytical, design, coding, and debugging skills

- Good understanding of software design patterns and frameworks

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Good English communication skills

- Willingness to learn and work in Python (for candidates from Java/C++/C# background)

Good to Have :

- Experience with Python Unit Testing Framework (PyTest)

- Experience with defect management tools

- Hands-on experience with GIT/SVN or other repository management tools

- Experience using Eclipse IDE or equivalent IDE
