Python & Generative AI Lead

Job Requirements*

• 4to 6 years of handson experience in Python application development.  
• Strong proficiency in Python with frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.  
• Handson experience integrating Large Language Models using Azure OpenAI / OpenAI / Vertex AI.  
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, system prompts, function calling and output structuring.
• Experience implementing RAG pipelines using embeddings and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, etc.)
• Experience implementing end-to-end Agentic AI workflow and MCP server.  
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, async programming and performance optimization.  
• Working knowledge of Docker, Git and CI/CD pipelines.  
• Strong debugging and problemsolving skills in production environments.

Key Responsibilities*

• Design and develop Pythonbased backend services and GenAIenabled features.  
• Implement LLMdriven solutions such as enterprise chatbots, automation pipeline, copilots, summarization and Q&A systems.  
• Build and optimize prompt templates, chains, and RAG workflows.  
• Integrate GenAI services securely with enterprise systems via REST APIs.  
• Write clean, efficient and testable Python code following best practices.  
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to code quality and reusability.  
• Analyze and resolve issues related to latency, accuracy, token usage and API limits.
