Role & responsibilities

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of injection molding materials (polymers, resins)
• ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Excel-based systems)
• Cost analysis and strategic sourcing
• Leadership and decision-making ability

Preferred candidate profile

• Lead procurement operations ensuring uninterrupted material supply aligned with production plans.
• Drive cost reduction through negotiations, strategic sourcing, and vendor development.
• Manage suppliers on quality, cost, and delivery (QCD); develop alternate sources.
• Oversee PR to PO cycle, inventory control, and cross-functional coordination.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, ESG, and statutory requirements.
• Lead team performance and track KPIs (cost savings, delivery adherence, inventory control).
