Job Description Purchase Executive
Preparing Purchase Orders and getting approval of the same
Follow-up with the Vendors for materials on time.
¢ Ensuring that required materials are available depending upon production plans
¢ Negotiation with new vendors for best quote.
¢ Prepare comparative quotes.
¢ Maintaining records of goods ordered and received.
¢ Tracking and analysing spend value to identify opportunities of cost reduction.
¢ Establish accountability and ownership of the purchase deliverables.
¢ Manage the Inventory of Raw materials and Finished Goods.
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent skills, both written and verbal in English.
Candidates with spoken Hindi proficiency will be preferred.
Should have typing speed & Strong Microsoft Excel skills and Arithmetic.
