Public Relations Manager

About the Role

Manage brand reputation, media relations, and thought leadership. You will strengthen investor confidence through transparent communication and strategic storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop PR strategy covering corporate, product, and leadership communication.
• Build media relations with business, financial, and trade journalists.
• Create press releases, briefs, statements, reports, and leadership articles.
• Track coverage, sentiment, share of voice, and key narrative trends using data tools.
• Manage crisis communication and coordinate with leadership for timely responses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy of messaging.
• Identify stories and insights from market trends to drive consistent coverage.
• Manage PR agencies and ensure measurable deliverables.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of PR experience in fintech or handling fintech clients.
• Strong writing and storytelling ability.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and regulatory communication.
