Curriculum Development : Plan and develop curriculum content, lesson plans, and teaching materials for psychology courses. Lectures and Presentations : Deliver engaging lectures and presentations on various psychology topics, theories, and research. Classroom Management : Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement. Discussion Facilitation : Lead class discussions, debates, and interactive activities to enhance student understanding and critical thinking. Assessment : Design and administer assessments, quizzes, exams, and assignments to evaluate student knowledge and progress. Feedback and Grading : Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their performance and assignments. Student Support : Offer academic guidance, mentoring, and support to students, addressing their questions and concerns. Research Involvement : Encourage students to explore psychological research, theories, and methodologies, and guide them in conducting projects.
