Teaching courses in their area of expertise at the undergraduate and/or graduate level. Developing course materials such as syllabi, lectures, and assignments. Conducting research in their area of expertise and publishing their findings in academic journals or books. Advising and mentoring students on academic and career matters. Strong teaching skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts to students. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
