Job Description

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in selling IT services/License subscriptions for ServiceNow/BMC/SDFC.
  • Target Net New Accounts (Hunter).
  • Ability to drive profitable revenue generation.
  • Experience working with Enterprise customers, GCC
  • Industry verticals: BFSI, Healthcare, Pharma, Manufacturing, TMT
  • Research and identify potential clients within the target market.
  • Support customers to envision the value of a digital transformation and support the development of strategy by partnering with the rest of the account team, customers, and partners.
  • Prospecting & building pipeline for the region.
  • Taking active opportunities from discovery to close.
  • Support territory strategy and planning to improve the vertical agreement, account use case targeting, and execution.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their technology needs and challenges.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our solutions.
  • Offer customized technology solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure deals.
  • Close sales and achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Promptly and effectively address client inquiries, concerns, and issues.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Use market insights to position our products or services effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in technology sales or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of technology products or services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and result oriented.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools like ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc.
  • Excellent C-Suite connections or C-1 (Influencers, Decision makers).
