Prime Physicians is a physician-led, Joint Commission-accredited healthcare consulting and staffing firm serving government and commercial clients across the United States. Together with InteliX Systems, we support US Federal and SLED agencies by delivering healthcare staffing, IT solutions, and proposal management services.

What You'll Do:
- Prepare and develop proposals for US Federal and SLED government opportunities.
- Review RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to understand client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and subject matter experts to gather proposal content.
- Write, edit, proofread, and format proposal documents.
- Ensure proposals comply with solicitation requirements, formatting guidelines, and submission deadlines.
- Manage proposal timelines and maintain proposal documentation.
What We're Looking For:
- 0.66 years of experience in US Federal/SLED Proposal Writing (Healthcare and/or IT).
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple proposals and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
