Proposal Document Manager

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Proposal Document Manager with experience supporting Oracle.The role involves developing and formatting client-ready proposal documents, presentations, and pursuit materials while ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with branding standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Format and enhance Oracle-related proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and client documents.
• Design and improve PowerPoint presentations, orals decks, and executive summaries.
• Create templates, infographics, and visual content to support pursuits.
• Maintain proposal repositories, reusable Oracle content, and knowledge assets.
• Ensure document consistency, version control, and compliance with brand standards.

Required Skills:

• Advanced MS PowerPoint and MS Word skills
• Proposal management and document formatting
• Presentation design and visual storytelling
• Experience supporting Oracle proposals.
• Knowledge management and content organization
• Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management
