• Projects Manager (Global Pharmaceutical Portfolio CDMO / CMOS)
• Portfolio: R&D & In-Licensing Portfolio till Filling & Commercialization
• Markets: UK, APAC & ROW Markets
• Products: Injectable & Solid Oral

Role Summary:

The Project Manager will lead cross-functional pharmaceutical projects across global markets, driving new product launches, lifecycle management and portfolio optimization. The role partners with Regulatory, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Finance and Commercial teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end pharmaceutical projects from concept through commercialization.
• Lead cross-functional teams across global regions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets and risk registers.
• Monitor milestones and provide executive status updates.
• Support global portfolio planning and lifecycle management.
• Evaluate new product opportunities using market intelligence and financial analysis.
• Coordinate global product launches and launch readiness.
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing and Commercial teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in project governance and PM processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile:

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc / MBA (Pharmaceuticals / Projects Management) with 5 to 12 years of experience in Projects Management related to Pharmaceuticals R&D.
• Professional qualification in Project Management.
• Experience working with UK/Europe/Australia/New Zealand markets will be an advantage.
• Proven experience of Portfolio Management.
• Experience in global pharmaceutical markets is essential, with UK & APAC exposure highly desirable.
• Proven experience managing global cross-functional projects.
• Experience with new product launches, portfolio management and commercialization.
• High Degree of numeracy and proficiency in conducting financial analyses.
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• High-level of IT literacy, MS Office applications.

Skills:

• Excellent project planning and stakeholder management.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Risk management and problem-solving.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced MS Office; experience with MS Project, Smart sheet, Monday.com or Jira.
• SAP knowledge is desirable.
