Information Architecture: Designing intuitive navigation, metadata, and content types.
Permission Management: Implementing secure, role-based access control (RBAC) groups.
SharePoint Framework (SPFx): Building custom web parts and extensions.
## Design Customisation Skills
UX/UI Design: Applying corporate branding, custom themes, and JSON column formatting.
Web Languages: Writing custom HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript for advanced layouts.
Canvas Components: Building advanced structures using Microsoft Viva Connections dashboards.
## Microsoft 365 Integration
Power Automate: Creating complex approval workflows and lifecycle automation.
Power Apps: Designing custom list forms and tailored business applications.

About you
Experience: 3-5 years relevant work experience with solid understanding of principles, standards, and best practices of web content management/Digital Asset Management preferably in a consulting or pharmaceutical or healthcare space
Soft skills: Strong communication skills(written verbal) , innovative and creative thinking , capable to influence and motivate
Technical skills: Technical knowledge of content management tools (Sharepoint online, Sharepoint 2007/2010, Sharepoint Designer, AEM, wordpress, drupal etc
Education: Bachelors or masters degree in information systems, computer science, communications, web/graphic design, or related field
Languages: Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
