Project Officer

Location: Hesaraghatta, Bangalore Rural


Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate or Masters Degree in Rural Management/Social Work/ Economics/MBA
  • Must have 3 Years of Experience in Microenterprise /Entrepreneurship development/Self Employment / Livelihood/Rural Women’s related schemes and Projects, SHGs
  • The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, computer literacy, data analysis ability, and good communication ability
  • Must be fluent in English and Kannada (Regional Language).

Job Description:

  • Awareness and mobilization activities to identify and enrol participants for training programs across designated project locations.
  • Conduct and facilitate skill-based training sessions at Common Facility Centres (CFCs).
  • Possess hands-on expertise in at least three trades related to Food and Agro, Handloom & Handicraft, or Household Supplies sectors.
  • Develop and maintain detailed training schedules, progress plans, and reporting formats (daily, weekly, and monthly).
  • Ensure timely execution of training sessions and achievement of training objectives.
  • Identify and coordinate raw material sourcing, tools, and equipment required for practical sessions.
  • Maintain inventory, safety, hygiene, and quality standards during training.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and post-training handholding support to trainees for enterprise setup and production.
  • Coordinate closely with the Project Coordinators and field teams for effective implementation.
  • Conduct baseline surveys and field assessments to capture enterprise data and training needs.
  • Ensure availability of updated data for project monitoring and evaluation.
  • Prepare training reports, feedback summaries, and documentation for review and submission.
  • Support in developing training modules, manuals, and demonstration materials.
  • Manage all official documentation, filing, and correspondence related to training activities.
  • Perform any other responsibilities or activities assigned by the office as part of project execution.
