WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

Project Manager - Solar in our company as per below mentioned details:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Project Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of solar power systems and extensive experience in all aspects of solar project installation, from site surveys to commissioning.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct site surveys and assessments to evaluate project feasibility and design requirements.
Develop detailed engineering designs and drawings for solar power systems.
Prepare bills of materials (BOMs) and cost estimates for projects.
Oversee and manage the installation of solar power systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Conduct testing and commissioning of solar power systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during installation and operation.
Prepare and submit project documentation, including as-built drawings, test reports, and commissioning reports.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in the solar industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
3+ years of experience in solar project installation and management.
Strong understanding of solar power systems, including on-grid and off-grid systems.
Experience with site surveys, system design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as PVSyst, Helioscope, and AutoCAD.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
