Job Title : Project Manager: Salesforce Service Cloud SFMC Programme
Job Location : Remote, India
Job Type: Contract (9 Months + Extendable)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery coordination, governance, and commercial oversight of a complex Salesforce transformation programme spanning Service Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) workstreams.
The ideal candidate will drive sprint cadence, RAID management, stakeholder communication, SOW governance, and commercial burn tracking, while ensuring alignment across technical, business, QA, release, and architecture teams.
This role requires strong expertise in enterprise programme delivery, Agile governance, cross-functional coordination, and multi-workstream execution, with the ability to manage both core implementation activities and downstream release coordination across global teams.
Required Skills Experience:
Essential:
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT project/programme management.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale Salesforce transformation programmes.
  • Strong experience in:
    • Agile delivery management
    • Sprint governance
    • RAID management
    • Stakeholder communication
    • Commercial governance
    • SOW management
  • Experience coordinating multi-workstream enterprise programmes involving:
    • CRM platforms
    • Customer engagement systems
    • Integration teams
    • QA and release functions
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Delivery lifecycle management
    • Release and cutover governance
    • Resource and budget tracking
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable:
  • Experience with:
    • Salesforce Service Cloud
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
    • Enterprise customer operations platforms
  • Exposure to Retail, BFSI, or enterprise service transformation programmes.
  • Experience managing global or distributed delivery teams.
  • Certifications such as:
    • PMP
    • PRINCE2
    • Scrum Master
    • SAFe Agile certification
